I want to cancel my order

It is not possible to cancel an order and request a refund.A code that has already been sent cannot be exchanged or cancelled. The right of withdrawal does not apply.Our digital codes are all unique and can only be sent once. Once a code has been sold, it cannot be resold.

Can I get a refund?

We do not give money back after purchase. This is because we send out the code immediately and have no way of checking if the code has already been used now or in the future. We always ask for consent to waive your right of withdrawal when you purchase a product on our site.

The code we provided you is incorrect?

Our codes are unique and generated at the time of purchase, this type of instance is usually very rare. We invite you to first check the instructions at the time of your purchase, in the event of a typing error for example, or a problem on the side of the site where you redeem your code.If you are sure that the code is wrong, please send us a formal confirmation from the supplier (an example of a supplier is Spotify or PlayStation). We do not provide invoices.When you place an order, you instantly receive a confirmation email or SMS, you will find all the details of your order in that email. You can find the essential details about your order in the order confirmation email.if didnt recieve order confirmation, Please let us know, so we can send it to you again.

Why is my payment being checked?

Sometimes we encounter some irregularities related to the payment method that is used. If this is the case we check the order to prevent fraud and ensure the security of our customers.

We fully understand the inconvenience that this may cause. Unfortunately in cases where a transaction has been cancelled for security reasons, vouchereasy.com cannot influence this safety measure. We advise you to wait 24 hours and use a different payment method to attempt to complete your transaction.

But it looks like I've still been charged?
In some cases when a transaction has been cancelled for security reasons your payment provider may reserve the amount on our account. This means that the funds were not transferred to vouchereasy.com. It may take your payment provider a few working days to release these funds back into your account. For further information and support, we advise speaking directly to your payment provider.

charged for a failed payment?

f a payment fails, we automatically cancel the payment and the money will remain on your account. On your bank statement, it might say your payment is still in reservation. This means that your bank has to process the cancellation. Until they have, the amount is reserved on your account and still remains yours. However, you can't spend it until the release. Banks can take up to a maximum of 7 days to release the reservation.

After 7 days, if your bank still not release you can use the failed payment confirmation email that we sent to you, to show your bank and ask for an immediate release.

Why do we charge a service fee?

The service fee is a percentage of the total order amount. This fee covers the cost of secure transactions, product development,tax and 24/7 customer service.Each product comes with a different service fee. These fees are visible when you confirm your order.

Why has my payment provider declined the transaction?

Only your payment provider knows the reason for this refusal. The decision to cancel the transaction is theirs.Please note that this means the payment was not successful, and we haven't deducted any amounts from your bank account.To complete your purchase, we advise you to contact your payment provider to understand the reason for the refusal, or you can try paying with a different payment method.

My payment failed, what should I do?

Occasionally payments are not accepted. Please use a different payment method or try to order from another browser/device. Also try to delete your cookies.

If your bank statement says your payment is still in reservation, this means that your bank still has to process the cancellation. Until they have the amount will still appear as blocked.After a failed payment we automatically cancel the payment and the money will remain on your account. However, the speed at which your bank releases the money depends on your bank. We don't have any influence on this process.If the reservation hasn’t been released within 5 working days, we suggest that you contact your bank or credit card provider.
